First ever TOC Academy event in Sydney!!
Coached by Apia's star player Tasuku Sekiya, TOC Sydney started with 8 players.
Tasuku coached in Japanese and the players spoke in English amongst themselves.

Thank you guys for turning up and Tasuku for following the TOC Method.
Also thanks to my parents for organizing this.
One part of the TOC Method is that the coach speaks to each player after the session and advises what he/she could have done better or where the player did well at.
Will be holding this event everyday of this week!

TOC初の海外校オープンに向けてシドニーで初めてのイベントが本日行われました！！
Apiaのスター選手、タスクがコーチとして8人の子供達を教えてくれました。

タスクは日本語でコーチをしました。
ハーフの子が多かったため子供達同士の会話は英語。
来てくれた子供達と親御さん達とTOCメソッドを実地してくれたタスクにも感謝です！
サポートしてくれた両親に感謝です！

TOCメソッドの中の一つでは練習後にコーチが必ず1人1人と握手をして今日の良かったところ悪かったところなど改善できるところをアドバイスします。
タスクにはTOCマニュアルを送っています。
そして彼にはコーチングの経験もあるので素晴らしいスクールにしてくれると思います！！
今週は毎日行っております！！
